"Good care but little information from Royal Bolton"

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward M1 at the Royal Bolton hospital last month. I was treated with care by the two doctors who saw me, and for that I am most grateful. However, I still do not know exactly what was wrong with me and so feel that I could have been given more information either at the time or at a later date by the medical staff.

We're pleased that you received good care. Unfortunately there are some occasions when doctors cannot find the exact cause of symptoms. This may have been the case with you, however this should have been explained to you if so.
