"poor or lack of compassion"

About: Conquest Hospital

I was in labour with my second child and did the whole labour on my own without the help of a midwife the only person that was helping me was my mate then after the birth I asked to be shown how to breastfed my newborn son and kept asking over for next five days not one single member of staff helped me. the staff were rude and impatience at times when I had forgotten to take my meds through to having very little sleep as my son was unsettled
