"Doctors and clinical staff good, appointment..."

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

2 children under ENT and other paediatric departments HRI. Appointments often sent out last minute, frequently in school holidays, and date/time often changed by the hospital at short notice or not sent out at all. Nightmare for working parents. The doctors and other clinical staff who have always been attentive and helpful and I'm sure this apparent disorganisation/ understaffing is not good for them either.
