Your A&E dept. Is a disgrace. You have very rude staff. It's loud, manic and you are left for hours as there are no beds. No offer of water, nothing. Getting sick and ending up there was terrifying. You feel completely traumatised by the uncaring, unkind, hostile staff. Never go there, avoid if you can. Beg the ambulance crew to take you anywhere but this place.
