"Cardiology Day Ward"

I had to wait nearly three hours for a bed in the waiting room, because my initial appointment letter didn't fully explain the procedures I was concerned regarding my treatment. The demands on staff on the day surgery cardiology ward are huge, not enough beds leads to delays which is what I encountered. Once admitted to the ward I cannot fault the staff, everything was explained and I was treated with dignity and respect by all of the staff and cared for following my procedure.
