I recently attended the Bev Stokes Outpatients Day Surgery at the Northern General hospital for the treatment of skin cancer. I was made to feel at ease about my treatment. I was also impressed with the aftercare that I received.
However, there was a lot of waiting from checking in until going into theatre, so this could have been improved.
