The care and service me and my wife have received has been exemplary. The staff have been incredibly supportive and have kept us informed every step of the way. IVF is a difficult and demanding process but the team set our expectations from the outset with an informative presentation evening where they explained in detail what was involved so we could make informed decisions and new what would happen and our chances of success. I could not ask for anything more from the team. From the front line nurses to the consultants we have dealt with I genuinelly am appreciative of their professionalism and their warm and caring nature. I thank them all for their continued support in the journey we have taken.
