"Nurses"

sadly some lack any empathy to the patient or the family of the patient at critical times and in our case during our family member passing away. Paper work is given priority and the attitude was this patient is terminal so there's no point in investing time or effort- my paper work is more important. This is an unfair reflection on the amazing work of the majority-but unfortunately this is overshadowed by shortcomings at the most sensitive of times.
