"Very bad service here"

I have recently had an appointment at the Spire Washington hospital with one of the management team to try and sort out a problem i had with one of the consultants . I found this person very unhelpful and she actually threatened me with the police because i would not remove a negative comment about The Spire Washington Hospital i had left on a web site . I was quite shaken by this threat of police action for merely expressing my freedom of speech and freedom to criticize . Trying to scare patients this way by telling them it is a crime to criticize their services is not good practice . I would not recommend the Spire Washington hospital to anyone .
