I attended Horndon Ward at Basildon Hospital at 7.00am on Monday the 18th of November 2013 for a total knee replacement operation which was to take place that day. From my arrival I was well treated and the staff were friendly and efficient. The operation went very well and the subsequent treatment I received at Horndon Ward was superb. I would like to pass on my thanks to everybody concerned, from the Surgery team, porters, junior doctors, nursing staff, the physiotherapists, combat staff , cleaners and catering. If I have forgotten anybody we can blame it on the morphene. Well done everybody and thanks again.
