As with most people who visit a dentist i was a bit nervous of what was about to happen. I had been refered to the dental hospital by my own dentist in kingsnorton, a problem that they needed to be sorted that they didnt have the nessasary equipment for. From the moment i walked in i was made to feel at ease, introduced to everyone who was dealing with me , this standard continued throughout my treatment alwats welcome revieve telling me what was the next step and before booking my next appointment letting me know at what point of my treatment we had reached . I have never had this standard of proffesionalism in any type of medical facility ever and to say i was pleased would be an understatement. The dentists I saw found things that even my own doctor had not picked up on and contacted him on my behalf, I am now being treated for a different condition that the dental bought to light when giving me blood tests passed on to my doctor for follow up. I have now completed my treatment at the dental but advised any problems to give them a ring and go along. what more could you ask for. reseption nurses dentists consultants everyone thankyou terry
