I was a patient in the gynaecology department at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of a prolapse.
I was most impressed by the efficient and friendly manner shown towards me by all members of staff within the department. On my last visit to the hospital, I was 2 hours late and yet the staff were still very kind and caring towards me when I arrived.
