Having had the procedure carried out by the consultant and his team three years ago I found the whole set-up this time around to be much slicker with the whole process carried out by helpful, friendly and courteous staff which as far as I was concerned put me very much at ease. There wasn't any aspect of my short stay that I could find fault with.
