"All round terrible."

About: Leeds General Infirmary

Was transferred from St James A&E on Sunday afternoon with badly broken hand. Arrived on pre-op assessment unit to wait for 6 hours with no pain relief no food or drink and no contact from any staff. Plastic surgeon eventually arrived at around 11PM that night. Cut off my splint looked at my hand and said "Yep you need an operation, sign this consent form" and 5 minutes after arriving I was sent home and told to come back tuesday. Was then delayed again on tuesday. Arrived at 7am today and again was advised they will noy operate today but coyld I hang arouns juat in case. If not I would lose my place in the que fot surgery. Absolutely disgusted.
