Compliments and thanks to all members of staff on duty tea-time and early evening of Wednesday 23rd October 2013 in Warwick Hospital A+E for their care and attention following my fall. I was greeted, examined, X-rayed, diagnosed with a broken foot, bandaged and fitted with crutches efficiently and with the utmost courtesy.
