Our daughter had a hernia operation in June at the Queen's Medical Centre. We found the nursing staff to be fantastic and the care and support given was second to none. This was not her first operation, and on all the other occasions we have been very satisfied with the service given. Our only concern has been that the ward and hospital could have been cleaner and we think that this should be addressed.
