"Utter waste of time!"

Unfortunately my grandmother was admitted to scarborough hospital. When she was eventually taken to a ward I couldn’t help but think the cleaners must have been on holiday or didn’t work weekends? At no point did anyone know why she had been admitted I had to inform every nurse that came to see my gran what her illness was, over 2days not 1 had a clue why she was in. When I finally got to see a doctor (On the second day!) apparently all my grans tests had come back all clear and she was free to go home. After asking why none of the tests have picked up any of her over medical conditions the doctor decided to keep her in another 24hours. Still nothing was done. Think it’s fair to say when she got home the next day she was in the same if not worse condition than when she was admitted! Utter waste of time!
