(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward F3 at the Royal Bolton hospital for the treatment of my stomach. I was pleased with the fact that the staff decided to keep me in overnight for the consultant to see me the next day. It is just a shame that a consultant was not available when I arrived at the hospital that evening.

It is unfortunate that the consultant was not available when you came to see them in the evening, but we are pleased to hear that otherwise you were satisfied with your care.
