I went to the Mount Group Practice Surgery reporting loss of hearing in both ears. I was given an appointment and told to put olive oil in my ears for 2 weeks before the appointment in order to soften up the wax. I then went back to the Surgery to have the wax removed but no such luck. Subsequently, I attended the Doncaster Royal Infirmary where the procedure was carried out successfully. A big thank you to Mount Group Practice and to Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
