also did not prepare any medication, documentation, sick notes as I ask him to...So I have to wait another 1h for another doctor from urology to arrive. When she did she gave me medications and prepare discharge note, I ask her about sick note and she said that it will be prepared by nurse...after 30mins I ask nurse about my sick note as at this point I was "a bit" upset and she told me that it have to be done by a doctor...I ask her to call the doctor from urology back but she told me that she went home already...Luckily this nurse was more helpful than anyone else who I have "pleasure" to deal with in this hospital. I don't know is your staff aware that they are dealing with peoples lives there and even in McDonald’s (With respect to McDonald’s workers) Im sure that such total lack of care will be dealt with appropriately and will not happen. I’m actually glad that I did not have my surgery done at your premises as at the end of my visit I was just afraid of my wellbeing if I stay any longer. Also I was told by **** (Doctor who visit me on Friday and did not prepare anything) that I will be called by him on Monday Tuesday to see how I'm doing...surprisingly no one called...I understand that NHS is a free service but I rather pay less tax and have a private insurance than have to worry about all the issues mentioned above as it is totally unacceptable...
