"Phillip ward 9X"

From the moment I arrived at his house and told his wife to ring 999 the treatment he received from all the departments concerned was fist class. I cannot express too strongly the expertise and humanity with which he has been treated. You hear horrific stories about the NHS but the emergency treatment on a Saturday afternoon was exemplary. Well done and grateful thanks to all concerned from a family friend - his wife was not able to go with him so I was there the whole of his admission time through to Phillip being taken onto 9X.
