At the end of December 2013 my gran had a fall within her home address. My mum was contacted by community alarms and went round, however could not move her as she was in so much pain.
An ambulance was contacted and was on scene within 5 minutes and conveyed my gran to the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy
The female paramedics were fantastic and done so much to help.
We would like to thank them as they couldn't have done more.
