"Excellent care at Bev Stokes Day Surgery"

I was a patient in the Bev Stokes Day Surgery unit at the Northern General Hospital for the removal of varicose veins. Everything that I was told from the GP appointment to the time I left after my surgery was exactly as I had been told. There were no delays and I was told what was happening without complication or disruption. Nothing could have been better.

Thank you to the post-operation nursing team, as they were excellent. They did so many things to distract me from thinking about what I'd been through and what I was about to recover from.
