"From a daughters point of view"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

I am extremely fussy when It comes to the care of My mum. My mum was under the care of the consultant for a Hip replacement operation. I would like to firstly say that the consultant and his registrar was amazing and communicated well together and both visited mum soon after her operation. I would also like to say how impressed I am with the clean environment , the nursing staff , physios, O.T's were incredible . Nothing was too much trouble and all staff concerned treat my mum with so much respect . . ( I was terrified she would end up in( H.R.I ) as from past experience it is a terrible place. I hope that all the staff on ward 9 get praised for there efforts as they are all a truly organised, professional & caring team .
