"Visit to A&E"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

Firstly I do find this a very unsatisfactory way of expressing my gratitude for the excellent treatment I received on Tuesday 2nd. October in A&E . I really would prefer to email or write to a named person. Currently there is so much criticism of A&E services that I felt I must write to say all of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and efficient and the care I received could not have been better. I think that given the pressure they work under and the constraints of reductions in resources it is even more impressive that they provide such a good service. I was also treated by an Occupational Therapist while in A&E she could not have been more kind and helpful. I just hope that given the obvious pressures of working in the NHS at present they do not give up and this really good services continues.
