"Many thanks for looking after my father so well"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

This is the second time my father has been on ward 14, during his treatment for cancer. Everyone there, every member of the team, is so very helpful, cheerful and reassuringly upbeat and supportive. You've all welcomed father and helped him to feel so much more comfortable and, even when you're rushed off your feet and hardly have time to breathe, still you do all you can for him and nothing seems to be too much trouble. It's so good to see father being so well looked after and your kindness, that genuine love and caring support, is making such a marvellous difference and that in itself will help him to bounce back and regain his health, strength and independence. Thank you, every one of you, for being such a wonderful help, for being so kind and supportive of father. It's very, very much appreciated. I'll be visiting again throughout this afternoon and evening and I know the welcome will be bright and warm as ever. You're an excellent team, a bunch of angels. Thank you, all of you, for being there when father needs help and support. Thanks for everything you're doing and, especially, for caring. You're really appreciated, all of you and I know that father really appreciates all your help, kindness and cheerfulness too. All the very best, Ian.
