From my first visit everything was always explained fully to me. I had every confidence going in for the operation. Again the operation procedure was explained and afterwards in the recovery room I was treated very respectfully. We can hardly see a scar on my neck in fact my daughter commented it was amazing. I can only comment that my experience was excellent in the circumstances
