"No Communication following a heart attack"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Having had a heart attack and treated in QEQM and William Harvey hostpital I have had no communication as to who is the doctor, what is the next step. Now out of the blue I have received a telephone call asking if I want a stent or a bypass? As I am not a medical person I have no idea what they are talking about. What is this a DIY assesment?? I do not even have a method to contact the relevant department and to date have had six numbers to call none of which are the correct department or have no one answering the telephone.
