As soon as I had my admittance letter I looked up a review about this ward-the review I found online terrified me .Living in another county I'd never been to Derriford, so knew nothing except for the unkind review I'd read. From the moment I arrived on the ward, to the moments following my long operation. ?The Care was Superior to any I've ever had whilst in Any Hospital & I have been in a few in my time.I've never experienced any thing like this. Every member of staff helps with the smooth running of this ward. From The Lovlie Lady that books you in to the people who constantly clean to the people who feed you to the Nursing Staff and Doctors.I could not fault any moment where I felt sad from the treatment I was given. There are only a few names that I remember, but all the staff were wonderful. They worked very closely with me, helping me and caring for me very well. Every single other person that I encountered showed me love and care with a smile on their face I was treated with dignityand respect at all times. I thoroughly recomened Crownhill ward, purely because every member of staff is nothing less than amazing. I truly was sorry at recovering and having to leave because I was looked after so very well.
