"Outpatients 'A' Orthopaedic Appointment"

I attended my first outpatients appointment at this hospital after being referred from another consultant at a different hospital for a second opinion. I must admit that I wasn't really expecting very much from this appointment and I was a little hesitant after being left in a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as being frustrated and disappointed from my previous hospital. I have to say that I was delighted at how I was treated and also how the consultant actually listened and understood me and also my husband who attended with me. What a refreshing change. I had some x-rays and tests done there and then as I am going to have to have a procedure done. I want to thank all the nursing staff and the consultant for my treatment., I can't praise them enough, Thank you
