"LR7 Extraction"

Thank-you so much to all the staff at the Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital for treating me with an LR7 extraction. As a very nervous patient with a background of bad experiences with various Dentists I came to the Dental Hospital as a walk in patient who was in pain. The doctor gave me a consultation and had my teeth x-rayed, they explained very clearly to me what treatment would be needed to be carried out and exactly how they would perform the surgery. The doctor managed to get me an appointment for urgent dental treatment the next week. 7 days later I had my LR7 extracted and as nervous and scared as I was, I didn't feel a thing! The Dr and Dental nurse (whos name I did not hear) who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, very professional and reassured me throughout the procedure. I would recommend the Royal University Dental Hospital to anybody for their excellent training and work, high standards of professionalism, cleanliness and customer service. All the staff and students at the hospital are a credit to the University and teaching staff. Very Impressed!
