"district nurses"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

After my operation I was seen by the district nurses whom I up set because they had to come out to treat me in my home because of the medication I was on. They came when ever they wanted to come they also should have telephoned me an hour before they came which they did not, which meant I the patient had to telephone them every day. They even went over the doctors head and checked the results of a swap that was taken and even though there was an infection they did not agree with the medication the doctor gave to me. They also did not padded the wound as well as they should have done. Because of this I am having to go in to hospital again to have this operation done. I do hope I never see those nurses from where they came from again as I will not let them treat me in any way. They are here to treat people in there homes whether they like them or not and if these nurses do not like it them they should give up the job. It is people like them who make the public turn against the NHS. It is bad enough with people who run the hospital getting paid over £160 thousand ponds per year plus benefits when they are not trained in the medical profession.
