"attended a&e with partner after she had a bleed"

My partner was passing blood clots after an operation so we went to a&e. Got taken straight to a room and was seen by a nurse very quickly. She spelt out what was happening and the priority list in which the doc was currently working through. When the doc arrived he was as efficient as you would expect, but it was his personality and warmth that helped to calm my partner down. The doc continuously asked were there any questions. It's fabulous to see a doctor who has a passion for people and service as it is an essential part of the job
