"Why travel to Switzerland?"

If you don't mind prematurely shuffling off this mortal coil surrounded by uncaring,unprofessional, lazy nurses then may I suggest you save some money and get admitted to Ward 24. Of course you may find yourself lying in a urine soaked bed for hours on end whilst the nursing staff find any excuse not to make you comfortable or provide any form of basic care, but surely this is a small price to pay. It's doubtful even a very healthy person would survive longer than a few weeks on this ward. On a positive note, the staff do seem to be trying to save tax payers cash at every turn. I can attest to seeing a staff nurse shoving clinical waste (spent antibiotic drip, tubes and syringe) in a domestic waste bin. If this enterprising individuals progressive thinking were to be replicated across the entire NHS, it could potentially save hundreds of pounds a year. I may decide to make a formal complaint, but according to Channel 4 news 11.09.13 only 1 in 375 complaints get investigated. Assuming that the hospital complaints managers are kept very busy not doing anything, I've thoughtfully pasted below the standard reply to negative feedback for them. PS I know that care on other wards in this hospital is far, far better, but somehow it makes what I witnessed even more bewildering.
