I was admitted to Scarborough Hospital on August 30 for an operation to remove my gallbladder. From start to finish the level of care I received was excellent. My consultant and his team were wonderful - everything was well explained and the operation itself was a great success. 10 days on I have recovered well and there are tiny scratch like wounds were the key hole surgery was performed. The nursing team on the Haldane Ward were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with kindness and consideration. People seem very quick to criticise Scarborough Hospital but the standard of care I have received has been wonderful. Many thanks for everything
"Wonderful patient care from start to finish"
