"Knee Relief"

My introduction to the serious side of the NHS happened last March when I was referred to the Horder Centre for knee surgery. From the time of the initial consultation I experienced skills, consideration, and professionalism that gave me immediate confidence. Staff where attentive and helpful always. To sum up, I elected to have the other knee dealt with in June, when I was lucky enough to have the attention of the same surgeon and staff members.
