"Rude midwife"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I was 30 weeks pregnant and was experiencing bad sickness and dizzyness to the point where I couldn't stand up. My sister rang the community midwives number on my notes to ask advice as we were very concerned. The midwife she spoke to wasn't very helpful or sympathetic at all she advised my sister to take me to the doctors, my sister said she didn't think she would be able to get me up as I was too dizzy to walk to which the midwife replied "I don't know what you expect me to do about it!" - no further advice given she simply didn't care!! Couldn't wait to get off the phone we were made to feel like we were simply waisting her time at a very worrying time as we didn't know what was happening.
