"Superb!! Thank you soooo much!"

I attended the hospital twice recently, once at the end of 2012 and then again mid this year, 2013 for a hemorrhoidectomy. The first operation was initially successful but I had a complication through no fault of the hospita andl I had to re-attend 6 months later to have the operation again. Initially very painful and a long recovery period.. but now 5 months later Im nearly fully recovered and its comnpletely changed my lifestyle. The staff were all amazing. They were friendly, polite and completely professional and made sure I was looked after, checking up on me reguarly and making sure I was comfortable (or as comfortable as possible). The wards were clean and I was extremely impressed with my treatment especially given all of the media attention and problems surrounding Stafford Hospital recently! Thank you all so much especially the surgeon you’ve improved my quality of life!! Can’t thank you enough!!
