(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Once we get the magic appt all ok. Why now have Mansfield No for appt. I came with disabled partner this week, couldnt fit me in same day! ! so now have had to come again, 2 days later for my diabetic feet. Couldnt you be given next appt at time of your visit? ? hospitals do - they issue 1 yearly appts out to patients.

Thank you for your posting on patient opinion.

The dedicated Podiatry appointment phone line has been set up at Mansfield in response to previous patient comments posted on this site. This is now in operation five days a week 8.30 to 4.30 and has increased access to our service.

I am sorry however that you felt inconvenienced by not being able to be seen at the same time and shall be reviewing appointment capacity
