"Excellent customer care"

We are always quick to complain so I feel that I must say how impressed I was when I visited Torbay A & E yesterday. I had been in pain in my right eye for a few days and went to my Docs first thing 8am only to find they shut all day on a Wed. I felt awkward to go to casualty and tried to drive to work. With tears streaming from the eye and excruciating pain I suddenly had no option but to go straight to Torbay. After about 30 mins I was seen and categorised and then moved on to a nurse who inspected the eye socket. Within seconds she had found a tiny white hard object under the eyelid which she painlessly removed. The relief was immediate and I was so glad I had gone to casualty. Everyone although rusher off their feet had time to smile and help me. Very impressed. Thank you.
