Dr Varma and staff at the Queen's Medical Centre's Skin Cancer Clinic have treated me very well. Everything has been explained to me. I cannot fault the service. The only problem is with the car parking at Queen's Medical Centre for disabled drivers, especially at appointment times around visiting hours. People use the blue badges even if they do not have "granny" in the car.
I have now been passed on to the Oncology department at Nottingham City hospital for further operations. I have now had 3 appointments there and everyone has been over 40 mins later than the appointment time (one was 1hr50mins late!)
City hospital could learn a few lessons from QMC about punctuality.
