I was in and out of hospital towards the end of my pregnancy and the midwives who looked after me on the ward were just awful. They were unapproachable, I felt as though I was being a nuisance, and they gave me painkillers that I was allergic to.
The midwife that delivered my son was lovely...but I didn't enoy the experience as I was dreading going back onto the ward too much.
