"To Knightwood Ward from Jo Thorn"

I have recently visited the Knightwood Ward for my hernia operation and would like to thank all the Doctors, Nurses and other staff for such a welcoming and smooth experience. The Lymington Hospital is modern, clean and efficient where friendly staff go a long way to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. This was my first operation (and hospital experience) ever and I was totally horrified. I was treated with care, dignity and respect, I was clearly informed about every step of the way and even advised to stay a bit longer to make sure that I was ready to go home in best state. I spent a night being looked after by an amazing (star) Nurse, who patiently helped me so much, while making sure that all of the other patients were doing fine. Thank you. My family was warmly welcomed and kids thought this was the coolest hospital they have been to. I would recommend the Hospital to anyone and if I ever had to I would choose it again.
