"staff do not listen to all involved"

Watch the staff in the mens mental health ward, they draw you in and make you think they are listening to you, involving you and taking what you say on board. Incident on ward, person taken to A&E but family not advised until they chased as phone not been answered. The CPN in the community crossed the line but nothing gets done..... visits and involvement to Harplands, Ashcome and communtiy
