I would just like to give some feedback of the experience i have had at this hospital since i suffered a heart attack in April of last year. First of all, thank you for saving my life.Secondly, i had to return there on the 18/07/2013 to have a procedure done to check-out one of my other arteries, and i can tell you now that since the first moment we entered the building as an out patient we was met with the most obliging people you could wish to meet. When we got a bit lost we were aproached by a member of staff from the path lab who had noticed we looked a bit bewildered and guided us to where we needed to go,and then the same thing happened on the way out, this time by a Sister, and they were both so pleasant. Now i would like to comment on the treatment i recieved once i was admitted. The staff were the most genuine friendly and reassuring people you could wish to find in this situation, form the porters, right upto the surgeons who carried out the procedure. Even when they did have not have to attend the patients, you could see how well they co-ordinated with each other that they just filled you with confidence. So thank you very much all the staff on ward 35. P.S. I'm sure that every other ward at this hospital work to the same standards.
"The best of the best."
