"Good review at Leicester General Hospital"

Having made various out patients visits over the past month. My partner and I are treated with helpfulness & courtesy. We previously have only used the larger city centre hospitals which we have found cold and impersonal. The support staff, as well as the clinical staff, have only been noted to be very helpful to all patients. I beleive it only realistic to expect to wait - what would help this would be easy access to refreshments in the waiting rooms, as one is reluctant to venture too far if waiting their turn.
