(as the patient),

I have just finished a course at Inclusion Matters with Laura who has helped me know end to realise the I could cope with my illness and gave a whole new outlook on my life.

With Laura's help I have stood up and did a presentation were as before I would have gone and hidden myself away.

She has shown me that I can go forward and cope with whatever life sets out for me. My wife had a course at the same office so we have both have gained from them.
