I was in this place and lets just say it was a awful experience,i was treated like rubbish,me and my family were lied to i was even telling the staff of problems i was having and non of it was written down,when it came to discharge day me and my family were again lied to and i said again about my problems to which the matron said "well you never said anything to any of the staff" which i told her i told all the staff members but was ignored and the rubbish that was written on my discharge notes were nothing what was said in the office on discharge day and it was a good job that whole conversation was recorded by my family member who was there as it has now been sent off along with the discharge notes and it will be looked into further.all i can say is no wonder people with mental health problems dont seek help especially if being in a place like this as your bound to come out feeling worse not better
