"Visit to MIU"

I would recommend this unit to anyone with a minor illness/injury. We were seen within a reasonable amount of time and although the lady next to us complained we were being seen out of turn she ended up being finished while we were still there so I can only assume she too was seen within a reasonable amount of time. We were asked to return the next day to confirm the prescribed medication was taking effect. Next day we were seen promptly, had blood tests done too which they phoned the results of through to us so we didn't need to wait around. The results were phoned through to us quickly and efficiently and the doctor we had seen the first day also called us the next day to check the medication was having the desired effect. I cannot praise the staff and unit highly enough. many thanks for making an unexpected and stressful situation very easy to deal with.
