"Appalling"

I am astounded that these staff are left in the care of the mentally ill. The love of my life is currently in the Haringey ward. Every time I call, they tell me nobody is there with that name. They check this simply by shouting out and seeing who responds. I have to remind them that I called the day previous. I spoke to him on Sunday and be was articulate, responsive, and eloquent as usual, I called two days later and he was drugged up to his eyeballs, sedated, groggy and aggressive. The staff lack compassion and manners. Working out how to get him transferred.
